Please note all personalized products are Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable, and Non-Exchangeable. House of Jack Co. is not responsible for errors made by the customer when entering personalization for custom items. We do not change the order of the initials entered during the personalization process. We ask each customer to confirm the initials/name/text are displayed as they wish for them to appear on the product prior to completing the transaction.
When your order is placed through our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please take this opportunity to confirm all order details are correct. Should you notice your personalization was entered incorrectly, contact us IMMEDIATELY at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, within 15 days, you find your personalized product has a quality issue, please contact email@example.com to determine your return eligibility.
If the product shipped does not meet your expectations, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding a refund or exchange.
A refund or exchange (domestic only) will be provided for unused, non-personalized products in original condition, less shipping charges.
Travel Kits and Duffel Bags are not accepted for returns.
Product must be returned within 5 days of contacting our Customer Service team and be in the exact condition as shipped in order to receive a full refund, or replacement. Items returned with scratches, or damages, will not be accepted.
Credits or replacement items will not be issued, or shipped, until the returned product is received and processed.
