We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your House of Jack Co. purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns on eligible product within 15 days of receipt (excludes personalized products).  

 Before initiating a return, please note the following eligibility requirements:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition (with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included).  Leather wallets with scratches or marks from recipient loading cards in product are not considered to be in new or salable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
  • Only product purchased from an authorized HOJ Co. retailer will be accepted. Returns will not be accepted from unauthorized third-party retailers including, but not limited to, eBay, Factory Connection or thrift stores.
  • Proof of purchase is required, and a copy of the original receipt/invoice must be included with the return.  
  • Contact information must be included with the return (name, email address, phone number, address).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.  HOJ Co. recommends insuring through a traceable shipper as lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility.
  • Returns will be assessed a $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Upon receipt, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be inspected and processed.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please allow several days for the refund to appear in your account as all financial institutions differ in processing times.

Personalized Purchases

Due to the nature of personalized products, styles personalized through our customization program are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns.


Amazon Purchases

All House of Jack Co. product purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon.  Should you have questions, please contact Amazon’s Customer Care Division, (888) 280-4331.


Missing Packages

All buyers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.  To track your package, click on the link provided to view your shipment’s progression and estimated delivery date.   Should you not receive your package within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify our customer service team by email at hello@houseofjackco.com, or call  (800) 210-8121.  Missing packages not following this procedure will only be replaced at our discretion.  

HOJ Co. is not responsible for missing packages.
