We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your House of Jack Co. purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns on eligible products within 15 days of receipt (excludes personalized products).

Extended Holiday Returns Period

Items purchased between November 1 and December 23 are granted an extended holiday return period.
Items purchased during this period may be returned for refund until January 15.
Our standard return criteria and process apply.

Personalized Purchases

Due to the nature of personalized products, styles personalized through our customization program are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns.

Before Initiating a Return

Please review the following eligibility requirements before initiating a return:

• Product must be in new, unused condition (with original tags attached and all original packaging and components included).
 Leather wallets with scratches or marks from recipient loading cards are not considered new or salable.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of order receipt (see extended holiday return period).

• Only products purchased from an authorized House of Jack Co. retailer will be accepted.
 Returns will not be accepted from unauthorized third-party retailers including, but not limited to, eBay or thrift stores.

Proof of purchase is required, and a copy of the original receipt or invoice must be included with the return.

Contact information must be included with the return (name, email address, phone number, and address).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
 House of Jack Co. recommends using a traceable, insured shipper, as lost shipments are the sender’s responsibility.

• Returns will be assessed a $5 restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Upon receipt, please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Please allow several days for the refund to appear in your account, as financial institution processing times vary.

All House of Jack Co. products purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon.

Missing Packages

All buyers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
To track your package, click on the link provided to view shipment progress and estimated delivery date.
If you do not receive your package within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify our customer service team by email at hello@houseofjackco.com or call (800) 210-8121.
Missing packages not following this procedure will only be replaced at our discretion.
House of Jack Co. is not responsible for missing packages.
