We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your House of Jack Co. purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns on eligible product within 15 days of purchase (excludes personalized products).
Before initiating a return, please note the following eligibility requirements:

Upon receipt, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please allow several days for the refund to appear in your account as all financial institutions differ in processing times.

Due to the nature of personalized products, styles personalized through our customization program are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns.
All House of Jack Co. product purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon. Should you have questions, please contact Amazon’s Customer Care Division, (888) 280-4331.
All buyers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. To track your package, click on the link provided to view your shipment’s progression and estimated delivery date. Should you not receive your package within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (800) 210-8121. Missing packages not following this procedure will only be replaced at our discretion.
