Jack’s team ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Our team strives to fulfill and complete orders in an efficient and timely manner. Orders placed weekdays, Monday through Friday, prior to noon CST, ship within 48 hours with the majority of orders shipped the same day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

All buyers receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. To track your package, click on the link provided to view your shipment’s progression and estimated delivery date. Should you not receive your package within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 800. 210. 8121. Missing packages not following this procedure will be replaced at our discretion.
Packages that go missing via any shipping carrier will be offered a replacement (no refunds) after 30 days of no movement via the respective carrier’s website.
International orders ship via USPS, and we are unable to guarantee their shipping timeline. House of Jack Co. is not responsible for broker fees, GST or duty fees when shipping to an address outside the United States.
